Interactive Materials About Rittners School of Floral Design
Hi there! We hope that you've been enjoying your exploration of our web site.
On this page we have a few additional resources to let you know a little bit more about our school and philosophy of teaching.
For your convenience we have several items in varying formats.
First of all you will find a short movie of Dr. Steve Rittner chatting about the school and the various courses that we offer. In this video Dr. Steve is making a lovely floral design. Please note this is a demonstration, and not a teaching session. In other words we are making a lovely design and chatting, but not explaining how to make the unit...(When we teach a class, we actually explain to the students step-by-step and in detail how to do the designing.) This video is around fourteen minutes in length and is available in quicktime format.
Secondly, we have a powerpoint presentation about the Rittners School of Floral Design, and the varying programs that we offer.
We realize that powerpoint is software that you may or may not have on your computer. If you don't have powerpoint, please dont fuss. The same information for the powerpoint presentation is available here in pdf format as well!
At Rittners Floral School we make ample use of technology in our teaching and communications, but we never let it subsitute for the human touch. We feel that there is too much of that done today. We encourage you to contact us personally.
